We are currently looking for a Sales/Administration Co-ordinator. The position is a multi-functional role which crosses into several of the company’s key departments and is designed to meet the current needs of the company.

Responsibilities:

Townsend Lumber Inc.

Administrative Assistant:
Perform tasks and manage assignments as delegated by the President.
Administrator – FSC Program:
Ensure program remains compliant, and in accordance with FSC standards.
Maintain and monitor the program, enter credit items as necessary, perform self-audits.
Respond to all FSC inquiries (both from external and internal customers).
Generate monthly reports as required under the program.
Perform audit and respond to President as required.
Administrator – Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) Program; CFIA
Administration and monitoring of program.
Initiate annual training to ensure compliance.
Perform periodic audits in accordance with program requirements, reporting any non-conformances.
Determine annual marketing strategies.
Contact customers as required under the marketing plan.
Assist with development and implementation of sales strategy (advertising, social media etc.) as determined under the plan.
Administrator – Heat Treat Program; CFIA
Perform self-audit of program in conjunction with Yard Supervisor.
Assist Yard Supervisor with administration and monitoring of program.
Ensure documentation and reporting procedures are complete and in place.
Assist Heat Treat Manager with Canadian Food Inspection Agency policies and procedures compliance.
Inventory Management – Industrial Division
Assist with inventory management and reporting procedures.
Administrator- Landscaping Division
Assist with production, organization, sales, delivery of landscaping products.
Coordinate and manage marketing and advertising.
Responsible for continuously monitoring, updating and managing social media, and online presence.
Breeze Dried Inc.

Sales Administrator – Breeze Dried Sticks

Conduct customer sales calls as required.
Order entry, arrange delivery and logistics, front line customer sales representative.
Coordinate with production team
Maintain customer lists for continuous follow up.
Develop new business.
Coordinate and manage marketing and advertising.
Inventory Management – Breeze Dried Sticks
Tracking and projecting inventory from raw material, through manufacturing, and to finished product stage.
Participate in physical inventory counts and manage inventory organization.
Information Technology Administrator- Breeze Dried Sticks
Responsible for continuously monitoring, updating and managing the company website, social media, and online presence to ensure they are all optimized to reach all potential customers.

Requirements:

Business to Business sales experience and Business to Consumer sales experience
Experience creating and writing reports and recommendations
Above-average computer skills, including with Microsoft Office
Experience with managing Google and social media corporate accounts
Exceptional communication and team work skills
Attention to detail and ability to keep important records updated is mandatory
Innovative and problem solving skills
Enjoy working in the outdoors, all seasons
Experience with and knowledge of wood products and species would be a benefit
Compensation package will be based on relevant experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
